Dan has become a popular teacher/facilitator of discussion groups on A Course in Miracles, a spiritual phenomenon that has engaged the likes of Marianne Willliamson (A Return to Love and her new best-seller, The Gift of Change) and Dr. Gerald Jampolsky, founder of the widely acclaimed Attitudinal Healing Centers. A Course in Miracles is a channeled work in which God speaks through a psychotherapist and offers a curriculum in which fear is overcome by love.
In July 2008, Dan offered a five-week class in Monterey entitled "A Course in Miracles and World Peace". In it, he discussed how the Course's teachings about inner peace relate to the creation of a more peaceful world of appearances in the outer realm that we know as reality in this space-time.
